SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
Our warehouse in China is where all orders are processed and sent. During the holiday and sale seasons, kindly give your order processing more time.
Orders are processed from Monday through Friday. Within 2-3 business days of the order date, orders will be processed, and the following day, after the processing day, they will be dispatched. Please be aware that weekends are not shipping days.
If, after five business days from the day your payment was finalized, you have not received a tracking confirmation, kindly get in touch with us.
How will my order be shipped?
Will I be liable for taxes and customs fees?
The prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are therefore tax-free; however, once you get your order, duties and taxes may still be due.
After your item reaches its final destination, import taxes, tariffs, and associated customs fees may be assessed by your local customs agency.
You are responsible for paying these fees and taxes; we will not pay them for you. Any delays brought on by your country's customs service are not our fault. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information about fees.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Orders that reach the necessary minimum can be shipped for free, but discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight items are not eligible. Shipping for your order will be done through budget shipping.
How do I return an item?
Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order if you want to return an item because you're unhappy with your purchase. Please provide the reason for your return along with your order number. If the return is approved, our customer care staff will review the return request and send additional instructions.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for a list of items that are final sale. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
